There is no better way forward than through education and awareness... Victims/ Survivors groups are the Best for support groups allowing you to finally talk about the abuse with others who actually understand... this was by far the most pivotal moment in my treatment allowing me to actually see the signs of gaslighting as well as having the support around you to face your reality and living in a fake "delusional" wicked world of abuse and exploitation
